RESPONSIBILITIES
? Show up each day with energy and enthusiasm
? Provide professional front line phone and email response to our high volume of inbound information and pricing requests
? Identify and ensure qualified opportunities are profiled, documented and skillfully handed off to our Account Executive team members
? Prospect, email, and call potential clients, leveraging tools like LinkedIn and Data.com to discover opportunities
? Meet or exceed monthly and annual targets and increase revenue with your team
? Maintain comprehensive and accurate account, contact and opportunity profiles within salesforce.com
? Work with Marketing and Sales to create innovative outbound campaigns and programs in order to increase lead flow
? Maintain ongoing relationships with prospects by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending Vuforia support resources as needed
? Represent and promote Vuforia in the marketplace through attendance and participation at industry conferences and events
? Work closely with our operations and technical support staff, ensuring all inbound inquiries are properly handled in a timely fashion
? Provide suggestions and input to ensure continued improvement of the sales process
PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS
? Sales experience working with enterprise and/or commercial accounts preferred
? Familiarity with Augmented Reality and Virtual Reality apps (AR/VR)
? An understanding of the software development process and ability to communicate well with app developers
? Experience with Salesforce.com or other enterprise class CRM system
? Ability to operate in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment
? Bachelor's degree with a technical degree preferred
? Ability to handle escalations, and be available at any time of day to facilitate resolution and communication of critical client issues
