Intercompany Transaction Specialist

职位职能: 财务/审计/税务
职位描述:
1.Expert to perform Inter-company transactions according to corporate policy;
2.Perform daily bookkeeping for Inter-company AR and AP matter with full supporting documentation and ensure that all inter-company invoices are processed in a timely and efficient manner;
3.Be familiar with logistic process and material management, tracking goods receipts/dispatches to ensure accurate accounting treatment;
4.Check on GR/IR account coordinate with logistic team and make sure no outstanding items;
5.Monthly Inter-company AP/AR reconciliation/statement;
6.Effective and professional to solve any disputed open items and make sure no mismatch records against inter-company;
7.Support payment/collection documentation and comply with accounting laws, regulations and standards;
8.To support month-end closing and others assigned by supervisor;
9.Inter-company analysis report and ad-hoc report
