Position Overview
职位概述
Be responsible for defining, specifying, developing, and implementing new battery pack manufacturing processes. To support in developing and implementing processes related quality specification. To technically support and monitor suppliers to control the process quality to meet the defined production standard as necessary.
负责开发并组织实施新的电池组的生产工艺，确定各种工艺参数。协助制定并实施和生产工艺相关的质量规范。必要时对供应商提供技术支持并监督其工艺质量控制，以确保满足生产质量标准。


Responsibilities
职责
？Create, develop, modify and implement battery pack assembly processes including assembly, welding, testing, and packing.
建立、开发、改善并实施电池组的组装工艺，包括装配，焊接，测试，包装。
？Develop and implement battery pack production processes. Prepare and Write the production documents including processes and quality
制定和实施的电池组生产工艺。编制相关生产文件如工艺和质量文件。
？Support to manage the production，and work for quality control.
协助主管进行生产管理, 并负责生产质量管控。
？Train production staff
培训生产人员
？Reduce costs through process improvement & optimization
通过工艺改进与优化降低成本
？Support to build and test prototype and preproduction parts
为构建和测试原型和试件提供必要支持

？Responsible for supplier product quality management including OEM production audit and monitoring.
负责供应商质量管控，包括代加工供应商生产审核与监督。
？Assist purchasing works and provide technical support
协助采购工作并提供技术支持。

Specific Skills/Abilities
具体技能/ 能力
？Knowledge and practical experience on various manufacturing assembly processes, having experience of battery pack production is preferred
具备制造装配流程的知识和实践经验,有锂电池生产经验优先。
？Familiarity with tooling&Fixtures design.
熟悉工装夹具设计
？Experience on electronics, PCBA and related testing skills
具备电子、PCBA及其测试的经验
？General knowledge on various welding technologies, resistant welding, laser welding, & soldering
了解焊接工艺：如点焊、激光焊接和锡焊
？Familiarity with supplier quality management and 8-D quality procedures
熟悉供应商质量管理和8-D质量管理程序
？Ability to work independently and creatively, improvising as necessary
能独立地、有创造性地工作，必要时能随机应变



Experience and Qualifications
经验和资历
？3+ years relevant work experience
3年以上相关工作经验
？Bachelor’s degree or higher in an engineering or scientific discipline
