职位描述：

- For our Digital Factory Division in SHANGHAI,we are looking for a commercial controlling 商务控制专员.

What are my responsibilities?

- Sales Commercial Controlling. Including evaluation and calculation of the commercial risk in bidding phase. Check for the cost calculation and prepare for the related analysis.Evaluation and escalation of the T&C. Prepare commercial bidding documents, and review offers.

- Responsible for LoA commercial part if applicable. Prepare for the contract draft, participate in contract negotiation, escalation of the T&C deviation and eventually sign contract signature according to company process.

- 售前商务管理。包括在报价过程中财务风险的识别和计算，核查报价计算书的成本及准备相关分析；合同风险的识别和上报，核查对外报价书/准备商务投标文件，负责LoA的商务部分（如适用）；负责合同的起草，协同进行商务谈判，合同风险的上报审批，参与合同评审，并最终根据公司相关规定组织合同签订。

- Project/Product/Service Commercial Controlling. Responsible for the commercial controlling during the Project/Product Order/Service Contract implementation. Including the related SAP order operations, Project/Product/Service Cost controlling and analysis, financial & legal issues coordination.

- 项目/产品/服务商务控制。负责在项目/产品订单/服务合同执行过程中商务风险控制。包括SAP订单管理相关操作，项目/产品/服务的成本管理与控制及分析，财务及法务事宜协调等。

- Routine financial related tasks, including support key financial data forecast, product/project/service costing report, credit management, AR management, inventory control, BU cost centers' expense controlling and analysis etc.

- 日常财务管理，包括协助主要财务数据的预测，项目/产品/服务成本报告，信用管理与应收帐款管理，库存控制，业务部门成本中心费用的管理和分析等。

- Fulfill the assigned tasks to support on Dept Roadmap completion and other tasks ad hoc.

- 完成被分配的任务，以支持部门目标计划的实现，以及其他特殊任务的完成。

- Project/Product/Service Commercial Controlling. Responsible for the commercial controlling during the Project/Product Order/Service Contract implementation. Including the related SAP order operations, Project/Product/Service Cost controlling and analysis, financial & legal issues coordination.

- 项目/产品/服务商务控制。负责在项目/产品订单/服务合同执行过程中商务风险控制。包括SAP订单管理相关操作，项目/产品/服务的成本管理与控制及分析，财务及法务事宜协调等。

What do I need to qualify for this job?

- 2~5 year experience in commercial area or related learning background; Working experience with similar position in a MNC environment is preferred.

- Language: English

- Excel & PPT & SAP skill, good at formular.

- Knowledge related to Contract Law, Financial & Accounting, Business Trade.

- Risk Management & Business sense

- Good communication skill

- Logical and analytical
