职位描述：
Position Title : Feedstocks supply chain planner - APAC
Business or Function: IBS
Location: Zhangjiagang
Reports To (Title & Name): Supply chain planning leader – Basic Plastics & Feedstocks

Position Purpose:
This role will be responsible for generating and maintaining a supply-demand balance of feedstock plan for Blinders, Polystyrene and Newly start up ABS plant in APAC in [mid] of 2017, also scheduling the bulk marine shipment to Trinseo consuming sites in APAC and ensure no supply interruption.

Prime Responsibilities:

1.Maintain the supply & demand balances for different sites and [update] shipment schedule for petrochemical feedstocks.
2.Maintain inventory level to meet the target given by supply chain leader.
3.Scheduling of petrochemical feedstock marine shipments to Trinseo consuming sites in APAC and ensure no supply interruption.
4.Ensure the on-time delivery performance of vessels and minimize demurrage, etc. by close communication and coordination with;
 -petrochemical feedstock suppliers,
 -customers,
 -swap partners,
 -surveyors,
 -marine logistic teams
on shipment schedules, vessels nomination, and follow up shipping documents for all feedstock transactions.
5.Monitor the on-time delivery actual performance versus plan. Identify different issues and engage cross-functional efforts for resolution for issues like delayed vessel, jetty problems, unexpected change in demand pattern, etc.
6.Ensure timely vessel nomination for FOB basis and demurrage claim resolution by closely interacting with Logistic Marine team, suppliers, customers and SWAP partners.
7.Timely preparation of quarterly in-transit inventory report with all Feedstock activities in Asia-Pacific. This report is to be approved by Supply Chain planning leader and sent to Cost Accounting.
8.Perform GR/GI transaction for feedstock purchased volume under virtual plant code before sales transactions.
9.Participate on various team meetings and any ad hoc project as assigned.
10.Work closely and efficiently with BP&F Supply Chain planning leader, Feedstocks Commercial Managers and Feedstocks Commercial Coordinator assuring a flawless service level and executing the business strategy to consistently maximize value.

Qualifications/Knowledge/Skills:

Education: Bachelor’s degree or Advanced Diploma in Supply Chain or related discipline.
Experience: At least 5 years related planning or bulk marine logistics experience
Communication: Good command of both written and spoken English and Mandarin 举报 分享
