Product line:产品线与主要角色定位
1.In-house VMM(Virtual Machine Monitor) fabric product(KVM/XEN/LXC based), as a part of our home-made IaaS product line, based on various of hardware & network virtualization technology
2.Such a job is to be focusing on Linux kernel based VMM implementation within distributed / parallel computing and large scale of networking environment
Responsibilities:工作职责描述
Systems to be working on (but not limited to):
1.A service fabric system implemented in networked Linux kernel to mediate various of guest workloads, which, mostly, are cataloged by OS subsystems, in terms of hardware virtualization
2.A middleware catering for resources to aforementioned workload in network scale controls the workload behavior
3.Multi-staged virtual switching system within above the service fabric
4.These works will be conducted in close relations with other developments, i.e. Storage, Switching, Transaction system, EMS/NMS and other FAB components in our product line
Requirements & Major responsibility overview:
1.Service fabric implementation and enhancement
2.Subsystem implementation that works under above fabric
3.Resource capability logic implementation , i.e. capability engine, protocol and transport systems
4.Subsystem implementation with respect to related virtualization product line, such as Storage, Switching system and SID(shared information model)
Requirements:任职基本要求
Major requirements (but not limited to):
1. 5+ YEARS of hand-on working experience under Linux platform (x86 architecture)(must)
2.C/C++ guru
3.5+ YEARS of hand-on Linux kernel & driver & hardware controller experience (must)
4.Great / demonstrable Linux programming skill, ranging from kernel module, low level hardware controller, schedule to a variety of virtual systems, such as VFS, logic memory and networking stack(one or two of them)
5.Strong Linux architecture skill
6.Knowledgeable in VMM and IP network is desired, i.e. layer 2-4 implementation
7.A bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or related field
Additional requirements:
1.Good understanding in hardware virtualization technology, such as KVM, Xen and LXC is highly desired
2.QEMU experience is also highly desired
3.Social, interpersonal communication skill
4.Active team player
5.Experience in project management will be highly desired as well

As every software engineer would have known, enterprise business App System is well-designed to be customer-oriented, whose interests can be completely - at least fairly easy to be - handled by the system.
What if looking at it from resource's angle ? Is there any corresponded operation-oriented App System that all resource-faced activity and computation could be well-modeled too ?
Unfortunately, NO.
Such a unbalanced situation raises up big concerns in nowadays Enterprise Resource Pool and App Deliver System - if having one - where the App Computation and App Operation process have not been consistently defined. Please try following questions:
Is your VMWare / IBM / Cisco tool be able to freely launched in the data center ? why not ?
Is your App Resource Network be able to accommodate one more App Instance ? it cannot or simply you are just not sure about it ?
Who to share resource with whom is better ? why ?
How to make sure a bunch of devices, each of which caters for multiple of workloads respectively, are well-configured so that the supported App can be always in good situation ?
Well, I am pretty sure no one can answer them properly without modelling such various of App Computation & Operation processes into an Operation System.

Because Formal Method is so well-known as machine-process-able, so that above verification & validate and transformations are self-run-able without human's interference, which makes critical sense to practical operations because we strongly believe that in future, all data center operations are to be done by source code, but not human's hands.
