Services Manager(服务经理)
The Services Manager will be responsible to plan, develop and implement services policies and practices to the associates and clients, support to achieve profitability and business objectives. The incumbent will play a key member of the service team to develop an integrated, values based approach to services management, aligned to annual and long-term strategic programs. Develop an associate-oriented culture that emphasizes quality, continuous improvement, and high performance.

Key responsibilities:
1、Service Process – oversee, design and deliver service system based on business needs. Review and make recommendations on performance enhancements for service process to achieve high standard compliance
2、Business processes – Engage with client and associate to collect ideas and develop solutions in order to improve process effectiveness and usage
3、Employee administration – Devise and maintain strategies to develop the employee services influence in the business environment. Develop exceptional partnerships with internal and external stakeholders leveraging Corp. Bay and market best practices to develop a world class professional services vendor.
4、Policy Development – Reviews and maintains all policy and procedure, in line with current legislation and/or organizational changes.
5、Legal requirements - maintains knowledge of legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting services functions and ensures policies, procedures, and reporting are in compliance.

3、员工管理 - 制定和维护战略,以提高员工服务在业务环境中的影响。发展与内部和外部利益相关者的合作伙伴关系,平衡企业湾和外部市场的***实践,建立一个世界级的专业服务供应商。
4、政策发展 – 审核和维护所有的政策和程序,符合目前的立法和/或组织的变化。
5、法律要求 - 保持知识的法律要求和政府法规的更新,及时服务功能,确保符合政策,程序的合规要求。

The ideal candidate would have:
1、Tertiary Qualification 6+ years’ experience
2、Previous experience heading an service function in a small to medium sized business
3、Ability to make quality decisions in the face of ambiguity
4、Ability to adapt and learn to new situations, and within a constantly changing business environment
5、Proved experience of supporting business units with a true blend of strategic and operational responsibilities.
6、Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
7、Demonstrated effective people and workload management skills
8、Excellent written and verbal communication skills
9、Ability to actively listen and resolve conflict, as well as support, encourage, motivate and direct staff
10、A capacity to embrace and foster cultural change
11、Exceptional detail orientation
