Floatasian is a Swedish up-scaled float spa that promotes unique gravity-free experience. With a multinational team, we take pride in providing a workplace that fosters continuous professional development.
Floatasian spa is conveniently located in a downtown creative centre in a trendy but quite neighbourhood. The interior of the spa is inspired by futuristic scenes from space movies, which demonstrates our corporate culture that values cooperation, exploration, and creativity.

薪资标准：底薪+销售绩效提成
Salary: Basic+commission
基本描述 / Basic Description：
希望招募 1 名有较强社交能力和服务意识、且中英文交流俱佳的人士，负责漂浮岛 Spa 内的日常前台及行政工作。
We are looking for 1 candidate with strong social ability and outgoing service minded personality, who are fluent in both Chinese and English. The candidate will be responsible for handling reception and administration duties in the spa.
工作内容 / Job Responsibilities：
- 漂浮馆日常维护，保证来店顾客的绝佳体验
- 每日与中外顾客进行以服务为主的互动，及时推广漂浮岛
- 负责电话及邮件预约，提供专业的漂浮信息
- 保证顾客的高满意度，维持馆内轻松愉悦的氛围
- 完成社交媒体推广作业，以及其他市场推广事宜
- Maintain daily operations preparing amazing experience for customers
- Daily interaction with foreign and Chinese customers with focus on service, introduce and promote Floatation when necessary
- Receive bookings via phone and e-mail, providing professional information
- Achieve high level of client satisfaction, and retain a relaxed and cheerful atmosphere
- Complete social media assignment as well as other marketing activities
工作要求 / Job Requirements：
- 态度积极、开朗热情、有较强的服务意识
- 母语为普通话
- 英语口语流利
- 健康事业、服务或市场销售领域有经验者优先
- Strong positive attitude, energetic with outgoing service minded personality
- Mandarin as mother tongue
- Fluent spoken English
- Interest in health or meditation is a plus
- Previous experience in service or marketing is preferred.
