1. 营运计划执行
分析和优化项目计划及不同部门间的计划执行跟进
- 市场部
- 销售和电子商务部
- 医学部l
- 培训部
- 公关部
- 物流部
协助不同部门达成总经理指定的目标。
2. 流程和报告
与所有的相关部门保持沟通以确保内部流程执行来优化工作任务
为总经理管理活动报告，提出优化各项流程的建议（任务，组织架构等）
3. 策略会议
与总经理一起，协调组织与不同部门的策略会议

优秀的沟通能力来协调各部门工作
良好的组织能力
良好的分析能力
偏重结果导向的性格
对化妆品的市场、销售、培训感兴趣
积极活力和热情
良好的英语听说读写水平
良好的办公软件使用特别是PPT制作能力

· Coordinate and control the operations’plan execution
· Implement internal process and activity reports
· Organize team strategic meetings and events
· Achieve the corporate objectives
III- Main responsabilities
1- Operations’ plan execution
Analyze and optimize the roll out plans the execution of plans of different departments:
- Marketing
- Sales and e business unit
- Medical
- Training
- PR
- Logistic
Help the different teams to achieve the targets defined by GM
2- Process and Reports
Communicate regularly with all teams to implement internal process to optimize the working tasks
Manage the activity reports for GM , suggests improvement process (task, organization…)
3- Strategic Meetings
Along with GM, define and manage the organization of strategic meetings with the different departments
Help to define and drive key corporate events ( PR or medical events for ex.)

Excellent communication skills, to work with all departments

Interest in marketing, sales, training and in cosmetics
Dynamic and enthusiastic
English speaking and writing
