Job responsibilities:
Help to troubleshoot technical system;
Customize IT hardware and equipment according to Global / Regional standards and site needs;
Enhanced IT Infrastructure functionality according to users' needs;
Support the IT Infrastructure systems 24 hours availability;
Organized & train users and also help desk for 1st line users support;
Work with other dept to ensure smooth rollout of new IT products at the professional level with some general guidance and direction;
Induct and train users on IT applications


Experience:
At least 6 months working experiences in IT related fields; Good knowledge on Windows Active Directory, Exchange,Cisco switches, etc.


Education:
College degree in computing technology or equivalent; Bachelor's degree, MCSE, CCNA is preferred.
