Overall accountable for the financial and operational performance of the property, from pre-opening to operation.
全面负责公寓从试业到正式运营期间的运营和财务管理工作。
- Responsible for the financial performance of the unit both from an operator and an ownership level.
无论从经营者还是业主的角度,对公寓的财务进行负责。
- Ensure operations are run in line with laid down guidelines and stipulated procedures in accordance with the operating manuals and as per the law of the land.
确保公寓在指定的方针下有序地、正常地运作,并依法办事。
- Upkeep and maintenance of the property / physical asset.
维护和保养公寓内的各项财产。
- Custodian of the brand values, credentials and maintain the ‘sanctity of the brand’.
维护公司的声誉,确保公司品牌的树立。
- Maintain appropriate relations with the owners.
与业主保持良好的合作关系。
- Ensure appropriate / timely returns and management of the company’s business and finances (especially if it is a Permanent Establishment.)
保证及时准确地反映公司经营和财务状况(尤其对自己经营的公司来说)。
- Be on the look out for other opportunities to spread the brand name in the city/country.
在自己工作的城市或国家,关注其它可能建立公司品牌的机会。
- Build appropriate relationship with the city authorities and other stakeholders.
与当地政府及相关职能部门人员建立友好的关系。
- Ensure appropriate multi-faced contacts with sources at corporate office.
与有关的协会或团体建立多方的联系。
- Maintain harmonious and disciplined employee relations to ensure appropriate and forward thinking Human Capital Management.
建立一支关系和谐、纪律严明的队伍,充分调动人员的积极性和发挥人力资源的管理能力。
COMPETENCY
任职资格
- Tertiary education with post-graduate qualification in hospitality management
相关服务行业管理的高等学历。
- At least 5 years as a hotel / serviced apartments RM/GM.
至少5年以上酒店或服务公寓驻店经理或总经理的经验。
- Possess strong marketing and financial acumen, customer / staff oriented. Prior experience in pre-opening hotel/ service apartment is an advantage
在市场销售和财务统计方面有较强的能力。有酒店或服务公寓试业经验者优先。
- Presentation skills, communication skills, sense of humor.
表达能力强,沟通能力好,具有幽默感。
- Able to travel at short notice.
能够在短时间内出差。

Modena Serviced Apartments will signify the lifestyle preference of the new breed of intercity corporate executives from the flourishing Chinese industries.
As part of our expansion plans to grow within China, we are looking for suitable candidates to join us as General Managers to oversee the overall financial and operational performance in our properties (opening in Tianjin and Shanghai soon) from pre opening to operations. The candidates are expected to be responsible to lead the team to run the operations in line with the standards set, upkeep the maintenance of the properties, and be the custodian of the brand values.
