General Responsibilities:
This position is responsible for attending exhibitions and sell Uniplan services to potential clients.

Detailed Responsibilities:

Sales activities
? Organize exhibition show calendar;
? Attend trade to collect contact information of exhibitors;
? Approach exhibitors on site and communicate clearly Uniplan's unique selling points;
? Represent Uniplan in a professional manner;
? Prepare necessary material (sales brochure, presentations, etc) for exhibitions;
? Approach existing exhibition clients to introduce Uniplan's event service and vice versa;
? Cold calls to potential clients (not participating in exhibitions/ events) ;
? Achieve specific sales target;

Lead follow-up
? Enter potential leads in Salesforce.com database;
? Follow up leads in a timely and professional manner;
? Reply to clients queries quickly and knowledgably;

Client management
? Contact potential and current clients on a regular basis to maintain good relationship;
? Use Salesforce.com to segment client database and develop specific selling messages for different segments;

Sales Management
? Be aware of assigned sales targets for each exhibition;
? Target specific exhibitors with sales target in mind;
? Prepare report on sales target on a weekly basis;
? Update and coordinate with sales team on lead.

Competency & Qualifications:
- Competency Requirements
? Self-disciplined, Organized, work independently and good time management.
? Strong service oriented mindset
? Good communication skill. Be decent with business etiquette at the show.
? Highly driven with ability to work within strict time constraints

- Qualifications
? Fluent in Mandarin and English (written and oral)
? Above college degree. Candidates with previous sales training preferred.
? One year related working experience in a sales related position is preferred
? High efficiency, detail-oriented and strong sense of responsibility. Possess 'can do' attitude.
