职位描述：
高级电工技师Senior Electrician/ 机械维修工程师/设备电路维修

岗位职责：
根据工程部每周维修计划和主管的安排，按时完成维修工作。
遵守安全规程，保障生产设备和设施正常运行。
巡视车间生产设备，积极配合主管和其他维修人员对故障进行及时排除，降低停机率。
熟悉杀菌机和调配工艺流程的原理，能单独排除常见的故障问题
熟悉无菌包装机工作原理和电气原理图，能单独排除常见故障
巡视外围和公用设施的设备，对工厂能源统计和分析及时发现潜在问题并及时进行处理。

任职资格：
1. 5-7年以上电工+机械经验，懂焊接
2. 中级以上电工证，高低压证
3. 饮料食品行业，有无菌生产线、PLC编程经验，看得懂图纸
4. 能适应适度加班

Main Responsiblities:
- Troubleshooting and problem solving for the electrical system of machines on time
- Equipment P/PM items implementation.
- Communicate and collaborate with external service providers for test & vaildation of instruments
- Continuous improvement for the electrical system to meet the production and quality needs
- Spare parts order and counting.
- Observe internal and legal specifications concerning hygiene, HACCP, job safety and environmental protection.
- Carry out cleaning work.
- Make service available in shift duty.
- Related machine uptime value improvement and control

Qualifications:
- Certified electrician (Medium or above)
- Graduate from Eletrical or Automation discipline
- 5+ years work experience of Electrical Engineering or Industrial Automation maintenance
