Responsibilities:

The senior applications engineer works under the supervision of China applications center manager and work closely with headquarter applications to coordinate application support issues and allocate resources; Help marketing to propose new product ideas, and assist with detailed product definition; Generate data sheets and applications notes, design general-purpose and customized demonstration boards, do some system stimulation or new topologies and application study, evaluate new products, assist FAE with local failure analysis support, and provide the highest level of local technical service to customers. Prepare technical training material and conduct technical trainings for FAE, sales, and channel partners in China.

Qualification:

• PHD EE, concentration in Power Electronics is preferred.
• Knowing power structure application or power supply design, such as ACDC, DCDC, etc. Master power devices and power supply topologies and theory very well. Deeply know power structures of different application.
• Highly motivated with "can-do" attitude, team work, ownership and able to work with minimum supervision
• Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
• Able to discuss common technical issues in English both verbally and in writing.
