Responsibilities:

1. Ensure all local hardware and software are purchased with the best price
2. Ensure the Phone PBX is fully operational
3. Ensure the LAN and WAN are running efficiently.
4. Ensure all the data are properly backed up.
5. Comply to all corporate and regional IT standards and policies
6. Provide training to users on desktop software
7. Assist the supervisor in local IT budget preparation

8. Resolve Helpdesk issue

Qualification:

1. University degree in Computer Science or equivalent qualification.
2. At least 3 years experience in IT infrastructure support function in a retail and wholesale & distribution operations.
3. Basic understanding to the application support in a typical wholesale and retail environment.
4. Proven strong hands-on experience in supporting hardware and software on office systems, to include but not limited to Win NT, Win 2003, Win XP, Exchange, Office, LAN, WAN, router, switches.
5. Team player with good language and communication skills including spoken and written English.
