JOB PURPOSE:

Responsible for managing the implementation of Product Development Projects that require extensive cross-functional, cross-site and cross-country coordination.

Manage all aspects of assigned projects from development phase to the acceptance of Quality Assurance, including scheduling, resource management, platform definition, software & hardware development, testing, certification, and supporting documentation.

Provide reasonable and efficient resources for every design phase to achieve the projects goals.


ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES:

1. Responsible for managing the project interfaces with all parties involved, including internal and external communication and transfer of relevant project data according to project plan.

2. Work closely with Senior Management and Sales & Marketing to analyze potential projects, determine the scope and priorities of projects, and resolve issues that arise with customers.

3. Own product development process and responsible for documentation, including writing Project Plans, defining and tracking Schedules, creating and managing the Bill of Materials, Product Warranty information, and other related deliverables.

4. Identify and direct process improvement activities to make high efficiency and quality of the project development, reduce cost of the existing products.

5. Establish specification and cost-based budgets according to customers' requirements. Coordinate solution design changes and technical analysis.

6. Responsible for effective and timely communications to both leadership team and project team participants.

7. Manages development and implementation of technical and functional strategies with group.

8. Coordinate and summarize various meetings periodically and push to resolve the open issues.


JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

Education: Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering

Experience:

Minimum 8 years working experience in payment product development company
5 years experience leading diverse teams in dynamic and fast-paced environments
5 years project management experience in successful product development project

Skills & Abilities:

1.Proved project management experience in successful product development project (Experiences in POS industrial and Software development is preferred)
2.Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
3.Indepth knowledge of the payment products and services and the related branch operations and procedures, system and technology
4.Comprehensive knowledge of compliance and security certification in payment industry
5.Strong attention to details and good at figure
6.Naturally be a self-motivated, energetic person with influencing abilities
7.Strong communication, leadership, presentation and interpersonal skills in a team environment
8.Provide comprehensive weekly reports to Senior Management.
9.Able to work with highly diversified functional team leaders
10.Hands on team player.

11.Support and back up other staff members and perform a range of duties from routine to complex
12.Fluent in oral English and excellent in written English

13.Rich knowledge of hardware, software and mechanism development and integration to manage product development team
