JOB PURPOSE职位目的:
Write the Java testing code to test the J2SE & Eclipse Plug-in software product to ensure the high quality of the product.
该职位主要是开发Java桌面应用、编写Java测试代码来测试Java桌面软件产品（包括Eclipse插件产品）以保证其高质量来满足市场与用户要求

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES基本职责:
1.Write the test case document in terms of software requirement document
能根据软件需求规格设计测试用例及其评审；
2.Test the software product in terms of the test case document. Submit test report and bug report and verify the resolved bug with regression test.
能根据已通过评审的测试用例执行测试与回归测试，同时提交并跟踪测试Bugs与测试报告。
3.Be responsible for integration test including functional testing, load testing.
负责系统集成测试包括功能性测试，负载测试，压力测试等。
4.Establish auto-test environment
负责建立测试环境包括自动化测试环境。
5.Design & develope desktop applications according to customer's request.

根据用户需求，设计开发Java桌面应用。

JOB QUALIFICATIONS职位条件:
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in CS or related field
教育背景：计算机或相关领域本科以上
Experience: 2-3+ years’ experiences in software product development software testing
工作经验：至少有 2年Java软件开发经验，有 1年软件系统测试经验

Skills & Abilities技巧与能力:
1.Familiar with software test methodology and flow
熟悉软件测试理论以及软件测试流程。
2.Experienced in auto-test tool such as winrunner, loadrunner, Robot, etc
熟悉自动测试工具如：winrunner, loadrunner, Robot, etc
3.Experienced in defects-tracking system, such as TestDirector, clearquest, bugzilla, etc.
熟悉缺陷跟踪管理系统如：TestDirector, clearquest, bugzilla, etc.
4.Experienced in software development with Java for 2years
有2年JAVA软件开发经验
5.Excellent communication skill.
