职位描述
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
1. Identifies right vendors and understands their production capabilities. Trains them to interpret product objectives. Ensures all objectives are met, including pricing and styling details.
2. Reviews travel itineraries for clients, Account/ Product Managers and escorts them to their vendor visits, as needed, to ensure product development and sourcing objectives are implemented.
3. Leads team of MR, ASMR or AMR to problem solve and troubleshoot any vendor issues - product development and production as well.
Job requirements
Minimum requirements,
University degree or equivalent
Over 7 years of sourcing and merchandising experience
Excellent communication skills in English and local office language
Knowledge of U.S. retail industry
Strong planning, problem solving, negotiations and organizational skills
Client service driven, team player
Assertiveness, dedicated, strong initiative and self-motivated
Availability to travel often within China
