一、工作内容:

本岗位主要负责模具安装与调试（整形与成形）以压制出产品形状（非模具修理，设计与制造）

1、模具的清洗及维护

2、生产现场改善，安全及设备维护

3、完成上级给予的其他指示　

二、技能要求：

1、中技以上学历，机电或模具相关专业,

2、对调模技术有学习热情，反应快，学习能力强；

3、具有3年以上自动化工厂实物操作经验；

4、具有机电及自动化方面的经验及技能，具备良好的质量意识；

5、有PM（粉末冶金）模具安装调试方面的技能者优先考虑；

6、能看懂模具安装图纸和产品图纸；

7、吃苦耐劳，能适应12小时倒班制；
