主要工作PRINCIPAL ACTIVITY

-负责编制并管理一级（总进度计划）、二级（总体控制计划）进度计划；

Responsible for preparation and management of Level 1 (Overall Schedule) and Level 2 (Holistic Control Schedule) Schedule;

-负责建立共同认可的投资统计管理制度以及统计报表编制和报送制度；

Responsible for establishing investment statistics management procedure and statistics report preparation and submission procedure which are jointly approved;

-负责编制、出版固定资产投资月度、季度、年度统计报表；

Responsible for the preparation and issue of fixed assets investment monthly, quarterly and annual statistics reports;

-负责在统计台帐中录入、汇总、更新和保存统计数据，汇报相关趋势并定期分析提供决策依据；

Responsible for entry, summary, update and storage of statistics data in the statistics records, report the relevant trend and analyze the trend for basis of decision making on a regular basis;

-负责汇总项目部和项目包/组的周、月报告，负责分发和保存汇总报告；

Responsible for summary of the weekly/monthly reports of Project Department and Project Packages/Teams, responsible for distribution and storage of summary reports;

-建立和提供计划进度的报告体系，协调项目部和项目组/包间的进度工作，提供进度控制保证；

Establish and provide the reporting system for the schedule, coordinate the progress between Project Department and Project Teams/Packages, provide the assurance of schedule control;

-建立项目记事、房屋建筑面积、建筑工程完成情况、安装工程完成情况、设备工器具购置、其他费用和新增固定资产和生产能力统计台帐；

Establish the records of project logs, building construction area, construction project completion status, installation project completion status, equipment & tools procurement, other costs and additional fixed assets and production capacity statistics;

-将生产装置的总体试车计划与项目的总体进度计划相结合，分析结合的结果并推荐优化的进度；

Combine the plant overall commissioning schedule and the project overall schedule, analyse the combination results and recommend an optimized schedule;

-参与工程合同（设计、施工）合同的谈判，确保计划、进度和报告与一级、二级进度计划相一致；

Participate in the negotiations of project contracts (engineering and construction) to ensure that plan, progress and report are consistent with Level 1 & Level 2 schedules;

-参与审查承包商编制的项目三级进度计划，并负责跟踪管理；

Participate in the review of Level 3 schedules prepared by the contractors and responsible for the follow up and management;

-参与竣工验收的相关工作；

Participate in the relevant work of completion acceptance;

-参与工程合同（设计、施工等）合同的谈判，确保计划、进度和报告等事宜同公司的控制程序相一致；

Participate in the negotiations of project contracts (engineering and construction etc.) to ensure that plan, progress and report etc are consistent with SECCO control procedure;

-参与并负责制定相关的业务流程。

Responsible for and participate in the preparation of relevant business processes.

学历/经验/技能要求EXPERIENCE/SKILL REQUIREMENT

-大专及以上学历，熟悉工程经济管理等，有丰富的建设项目管理经验；

College degree and above, familiar with project economic management etc., have rich experience in management of construction projects;

-相关工作经验：10年以上；

Have relevant work experience of over 10 years;

-熟知国家有关法规及制度；

Familiar with the applicable national laws and regulations;

-具有良好的语言与文字能力和人际交往能力，能准确、清晰地表达；

Have a good written and spoken expression ability and communication ability, can express accurately and clearly;

-具有良好的团队意识，积极协助和配合部门其他成员的工作；

Have good team awareness, assist and cooperate with other team members positively;

-熟练使用项目管理的各类计算机软件。

Skilled in the use of various computer software on project management.
