主要工作PRINCIPAL ACTIVITY

-负责制定、实施各项目的投资计划以及控制策略和程序，并提供有关投资计划控制的建议和实施方案；

Responsible for preparing and implementing project investment plan and control strategies and procedures and providing recommendations and implementation plans on relevant investment plans;

-负责编制建设项目总体投资计划和年度资金预算；

Responsible for preparation of overall investment plan and annual fund budget for construction projects;

-负责审定、确认所有工程项目合同的合同价和关键节点；

Responsible for review and confirmation of contract values and milestones of all project contracts;

-负责并管理WBS，并实施SAP PS项目管理系统运作；

Responsible for and manage WBS, implement the operation of SAP PS project management system;

-负责项目预算的控制与管理，编制和发出项目预算，并新、跟踪、维护项目预算的执行；

Responsible for the control and management of project budget, preparing and issuing project budget, updating, tracking and maintaining the execution of project budgets;

-负责项目竣工决算，并与相关部门共同完成竣工决算和审计；

Responsible for the project completion final settlement, and work with the other departments to complete completion final settlement and audit;

-参与BP方的各阶段的独立概算审查等相关工作；

Participate in BP independent estimate review etc in various stages;

-参与预可行性研究报告/可行性研究报告、基础设计的审查；

Participate in the review of pre-FSR/FSR and basic design;

-参与工程合同（设计、施工等）合同的谈判，并为合同招投标、评估、合同谈判、变更和条款提供费用控制的支持；

Participate in the negotiations of project contracts (engineering and construction etc) and provide support on cost control for contract ITB, assessment, contract negotiations, changes and terms and conditions;

-参与工程决算；

Participate in the project final settlement;

-参与竣工验收的工作 ；

Participate in the completion acceptance;

-参与制定相关的业务流程；

Participate in the preparation of relevant business processes;

-为项目变更与建设单位管理费的使用提供支持与依据；

Provide support and basis for project changes and use of the Owner’s overheads;

-进行费用控制/预测、费用趋势分析和推荐正确的对策措施；

Carry out cost control/forecast, cost trend analysis and recommend appropriate measures;

-保持与各项目包/组及各职能部门之间的联系，为费用控制提供建议参与制定相关的业务流程。

Maintain contact with the various project packages/teams and functions, provide recommendations on cost control and participate in the preparation of relevant business processes.

学历/经验/技能要求EXPERIENCE/SKILL REQUIREMENT

-经济类等专业大专及以上，熟悉工程经济管理等，对工程造价有一定研究；

College degree and above in economic majors etc., familiar with project economic management etc, have a certain study of project cost;

-相关工作经验：10年以上；

Have relevant work experience of over 10 years;

-持有中华人民共和国注册工程造价师证，有丰富的建设项目管理经验；

Have PRC (People’s Republic of China) Registered Project Cost Engineer Certificate, with rich experience in management of construction projects;

-熟知国家有关法规及制度；

Familiar with the applicable national laws and regulations;

-具有良好的语言与文字能力和人际交往能力，能准确、清晰地表达；

Have a good written and spoken expression ability and communication ability, can express accurately and clearly;

-具有良好的团队意识，积极协助和配合部门其他成员的工作；

Have good team awareness, assist and cooperate with other team members positively;

-熟练使用计算机。

Skilled in the use of computer.
