主要工作PRINCIPAL ACTIVITY

1. 负责审核静设备的维护流程，提供标准和保障。

Check maintenance procedure of static equipment, provide standards and assurance

2. 负责审核静设备的操作流程，包括预调试、调试和运营阶段，提供标准和保障。

Check operation procedure(including pre-commissioning, commissioning and operation stages) of static equipment, provide standards and assurance

3. 负责建立主要静设备的技术档案，提供标准和保障。

Establish technical documents for main static equipment, provide standards and assurance

4. 负责向ES项目组提供机械设备支持，以确保获得必需的设备。

Support ES Project team in respect of mechanics and equipment to ensure to get necessary equipment.

5. 负责建议和实施各项修改和更新，降低机械设备的停机时间，增加装置的效率和安全性。

Suggest and implement every item of modification and renewal, reduce stop hour of every mechanical equipment, increase efficiency and safety of every plant.

6. 负责向装置维护工程师提供技术支持，解决各项静设备的综合问题。

Provide technical support for plant maintenance engineers, and resolve every comprehensive problem of static equipment.

7. 日常维护中参加设备故障和设备事故的分析调研，事故处理，总结经验教训，为提高管理水平以及设备运行可靠性提供依据。

Be involved where appropriate in analysis and investigation of equipment failure and accidents, accident treatment, sum up lessons , provide basis for improving management level and equipment operation stability.

8. 参加机械设备的预调试测试，支持主要设备的预调试方案的制定，担任主要的技术权威。

Participate in pre-commissioning test of mechanical equipment, support establishment of major equipment pre-commissioning and take the role of technical expert.

9. 与装置工程师合作完成设备的备件储备，参加备件设备验收工作。

Cooperate with plant engineer to complete spare part inventory of equipment. Participate in equipment spare check and accept.

10.参与主要机械设备的现场监督项目。

Participate in on site supervise projects for major mechanical equipment.

11.贯彻赛科的HSE精神，并实施。向其他员工提供培训。贯彻赛科HSE精神，在审核检修方案考虑特殊安全措施以及现场施工管理中督导承包商执行

Implement SECCO’s HSE spirit. Take the special safety treasures into consideration for approving the overhaul proposal and supervise contractors implementing in on-site construction management.

学历/经验/技能要求EXPERIENCE/SKILL REQUIREMENT

1. College degree or above with mechanics major.

拥有机械专业大专以上学历。

2. Minimum 10 years’ experience of mechanical equipment of petrochemical industry.

至少10年以上石油化工行业机械设备方面的经验。

3. Has capability and experience in overall analysing and solving complicated equipment problems.

具备综合分析设备复杂故障的经验和能力

4. Familiar with ASME and application of industry standard.

熟悉ASME和行业标准的应用。

5. Familiar with every items of mechanical static equipment (e.g., stoves, towers, heat exchangers ) and design, installation, commission, operation and maintenance of relative support systems(pipeline).

熟悉炉子、塔、换热器等各类机械静设备和相关支持系统（管道）的设计、安装、调试、操作和维护。

6. Knowledge of usage of advanced instrument to diagnose equipment failure, be able to analysis data and solve mechanical equipment failure problems.

掌握先进仪器进行设备故障诊断技术的使用，能够分析数据，解决机械设备故障问题。

7. Experience in work-outing detail report by computers and expression, knowledge of computer maintenance support systems.

拥有用计算机编制详细报告和表达的经验，了解计算机维护支持系统。

8. Experience in employee training and coaching.

具备人员培训和指导经验。

9. Communicate actively and effectively with every department team (such as plant and procurement department) about relative problems of rotating equipment.

必须能够积极高效地与各个部门小组如装置、采购部门讨论动设备的有关问题。

10.Good interpersonal and influence skill.

具有良好的人际关系和影响力。

11.Master both English and Chinese.

掌握中英文两种语言。
