职位描述：
1.In charge of working out mould maintenance project, carry out the mould maintenance work, to assure the mould adequateness.
负责编制模具维修保养计划，按计划对模具进行维护保养，确保模具的完好性。；
2.Cooperating with the need of some project, to carry out such works as mould technique reform, model selection, design, subcontracting, sourcing, testing, confirmation, checking and accepting, etc.
 配合项目需要，进行模具的更新改造、选型、设计、订制、采购、试模、验证、验收等工作。
3.In charge of establishing and maintaining the mould standing book, establishing, collecting, filing mould drawings and technical information, mould maintenance records. Establishing resume and technical file for each set of mould.
负责模具台帐的建立和维护，模具图纸和技术资料的建立、收集、归档，模具维修保养记录的填写和收集归档。建立每套模具的履历表和技术档案。
4.In charge of sourcing qualified mould supplier, providing with information of mould supplier, comparing, examining and verifying mould price, for the need of final higher-up approving.
 负责提供模具供应商信息，选择合格的模具供应商，对供应商的价格进行审核比较，提供相关资料交上级审核批准。
5.In charge of working out mould operation and maintenance procedure, training related personnel.
负责模具相关操作维护规程的编制和相关人员的培训工作。
6.Implementing other works assigned by higher-up leaders.
执行上级领导安排的其他相关工作。
Qualifications:
任职资格：
1.Graduated from related major of technical college or above, familiar with the use of office software and drawing software as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Pro/E.
大专以上学历，熟练使用电脑办公软件和autocad、solidworks、Pro/E 等绘图设计软件；
2.Above five years injection molding spot experience, and three years of mould design experience.
5年以上注塑现场经验和3年以上模具设计经验；
3.Familiar with the process flow and machines of mould manufacture industry.
熟悉模具行业的工作流程和机器设备；
4.Familiar with such works as lathe , milling , plane , polishing , bridge crane, welding, etc. is a prior.
熟悉车、铣、刨、磨、行车、焊接等模具维修设备和工具的操作使用。具备维修钳工和电焊等操作技能者优先考虑。
5.To be earnest ,conscientious, creative, pioneering, good team spirit, Can bear hardships and stand hard work, Can take overtime and high intensive work at any time. have good ability to organize and coordinate.
