Job Summary
Management assistant responsible for all kinds of administrative and organizational tasks.
Job Function
Administrative and organizational support to management
Handle communications and correspondence on behalf of the manager
Secretarial work, including answering phone calls, dealing with emails
Conduct research on several topics (e.g. market research)
Coordination of events
Special focus on marketing and sales:
Creation/procurement of marketing materials (brochures, videos, gifts, website)
Schedule and join sales visits with management or sales team, write up sales reports
Organize and join networking events
Maintain CRM system, including planning of regular meetings with existing clients
Qualification & Skills
College degree or above
Fluent spoken & written in English, CET-4 or above
Good communication skills, both internal and external
Design software skills
Preferred to have working experience in the freight forwarding business
Management assistant working experience for more than 5 years
Characteristics
Taking initiative to assist management
Strong communication
Self-disciplined
Strong logic thinking & problem solving skills
Willing to work irregular hours
Sensitive on details and numbers
Exploring, seeing opportunities
