职位描述：
工作职责：
1.保证酒吧处于良好的工作状态和营业状态
2.保障酒吧产品的正常供应,制定相应销售计划 ,不得积压库存
3.检查生啤系统正常运转和吧台卫生状况
4.执行和安排相应的酒水培训计划
5.检查吧台每日酒水库存,生产日期,订货等工作
6.控制酒水成本,防止浪费,减少损耗 检查每月酒水成本是否在公司制定的合理范围
7.检查食品仓库酒水存货情况,及时与采购部及时订货
8.做好每月盘点工作,对于库存盘亏、盘盈承担主要责任
9.发展良好的顾客关系，满足客人需求
10.服从店长以及上级领到的安排和决定
素质要求
1.基本素质：具有强烈的事业心和责任感，高尚的职业道德。
2.自然条件：身体健康，仪表端庄大方，气质高雅，年龄27岁以上。
3.文化程度：具有大学以上学历或同等文化程度。
4.外语水平：具有国家四级以上英语水平，能与外宾用英语交谈。
5.工作经验：有3年以上吧台管理经验，掌握吧台部门的岗位职责和工作程序。 举报 分享

The position we have taken for our first concepts is in the premium import beer market, provided customers with the opportunity to experience the largest selection of highest quality beers available in Shanghai.
