Responsibilities:

Ensure that purchasing practices comply with Division established

policies, procedures and ethical practice.

1.Sales Order Management:

1. Sales Order receipt, production coordination and ensure the goods

shipping timely.

2.Purchase Order Management:

1. Issue Purchase Order to approved supplies timely as required by

Material Planning Systems.

2. Follow up the P.O status, work with supplier understand their system to

ensure they have capacity & Plan B.

3. Resolve supplier parts quality issues in a timely manner to minimize

impact to operations and customer.

4. Maintain an Approved Supplier Master database as directed by

Strategic Procurement. Liaise with vendors and customers to meet

customer request delivery at all time.

5. Check the payment with suppliers, Issue the payment voucher to Fin

Dept in the payment term.

3.Material Planning & Inventory Control:

1. Support production dept to arrange short term production plan

2. Work with quality dept to follow the goods return procedure

3. Support Material inventory reduction programs including Lean

Mfg.. Kanban and Consignment Inventory.

Requirements:

1. College graduate

2. 1 years experience(longer is a plus) in material management in multinational

manufacturing company

3. Good command of English and PC. Good communications and

negotiation skill.

4. Must be a self starter & self motivated.

5. Learn MRP is a plus
