职位描述：
Responsibilities:

- Professional position for an experienced, motivated, energetic individual with solid business
- Experience in coordinating the order entry for equipment orders of an international structured company.
- Be responsible for coordinating efforts between Customers and Local Manufacturing, to ensure accurate and timely process of the equipment orders from point of Sale to delivery. Also communicate high level of interaction with Sales, Planning, Manufacturing, Logistics, Finance and Service Departments.
- Other duties include: Configuration review, Price approval, Terms & Conditions review, Margin Analysis as well as review of payment terms.
- Letter of Credit experience, Customer service or Sales experience is a plus as well as the knowledge of SAP.


Job Requirements:

- Solid background in order processing for investment equipment
- Experience in International and domestic trading
- Strong application skills in Microsoft Office software
- Bachelor degree in International trade, International business or International Law; equivalent due to experience is also welcome
- Knowing SAP will be a strong plus for this position
- Excellent written and oral English/Mandarin and Cantonese skills
- Accurate and detailed orientated
- Strong communication skills. Self-starter and strong team spirit
