An exciting new opportunity to be part of an international team delivering the most advanced race circuit in China. The successful candidate will be responsible for selling high-value individual and corporate memberships to Z Club at Zhejiang Circuit; China’s first members’ club for supercar owners.
Z Club combines a luxury trackside clubhouse with exclusive access to the most advanced race circuit in China. The club will be the signature destination for China’s supercar owners to meet, race and enjoy motorsport in a truly luxurious environment.
Zhejiang Circuit is located in Keqiao, Shaoxing and set to open in September 2016.
Pre-sale activities will start before the circuit opening and sales KPI will start from August 2016.
Key Responsibilities
? In conjunction with the Sales Director, develop and execute a strategy to systematically build a membership database and pipeline for Zhejiang Circuit
? Be aggressive in sales to meet sales target and other financial KPI
? Get familiar with company products in short term and follow up with sales strategy in long run.
? Assist with and attend in all sales prospecting events as required
? Have strong and assertive phone and selling skills, complete a set amount of sales calls per month.
? Enter all sales leads and contacts into CRM database
? Schedule and conduct follow-up correspondence, calls and meetings with sales prospects
? Setup and maintain effective relationships with both individual and corporate members
? Stay flexible to travel for client or potential member visit and touring requests
? Awareness and ability to cross-sell other Zhejiang Circuit products such as conference and event space, hotel rooms, drive experiences and spa treatments
? Adhere to all Zhejiang Circuit account management procedures and complete the full sales process for each deal till client payment and account receivable.
? Administration of all paperwork linked with bookings and other operation SOP
? Be a team player
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
? Ability to convert leads and deliver partnerships under pressure
? Able to communicate at all levels (including board members)
? Excellent verbal and written communication
? Ability to develop relationships and create strong partnerships with high net worth clients
? Ability to negotiate, close deals and influence key stakeholders
? Excellent presentation skills
? Strong telephone sales skills, engaging client, making leads happen
? Strong time management and planning skills
? Account management
? Proven track record of selling in the automotive, membership or luxury goods industries
QUALIFICATIONS
? Proven and trackable sales performance, B2B or B2C experience is a must.
? Above 5 years’ experience from hotel, hospitality, lifestyle, automotive industry or multinational companies.
? Solid understanding of Microsoft Office programs
? Fluent in English
