职位描述：
工作内容及职责:
1. 设备现场维护，确保设备正常运行，提高客户满意度；
        Provide on field service for system installed, to ensure and improve customer satisfaction
2. 服务合同的推进与执行；
        Promote and execution of service contract
3. 备件库存管理；
        Management of local spare parts inventory
4. 将RIVA现场问题反馈给厂商，与厂商支持团队沟通解决问题；
        Escalate problem of RIVA system to manufacture, and communicate with support team to solve problems
5. RIVA系统日常维护；
        Routine PMs of RIVA system
6. 为业务部门提供技术咨询与协助；
        Provide technical advice and assistance to the commercial activities

岗位要求:
1. 3年及以上医疗器械现场维护，或医疗设备维护维修经验，医药学领域工作经验优先；
        Minimum 3 years working experience of medical equipment field service or medical instrument maintenance and repairing experience, pharmacy field is preferred
2. 良好的人际沟通能力，有团队合作精神；
        Good interpersonal and communication skills, Good team player
3. 本科及以上学历，工程学、计算机、生物医学工程等相关专业
        Bachelor or above in Engineering/ Computer/ Biomedical Engineering
4. 精通英文听、说、读、写，CET6级或以上等级证书；
        Proficient written and spoken English, CET6 or above level certificate is preferred
5. 良好的电脑技能，熟练使用WORD，EXCEL，PPT 等办公软件；
        Good computer knowledge
6. 可承受工作压力，可出差。
