工作职责：

1. 应对不同需求设计、仿真、测试毫米波波段天线单元及阵列。

2. 设计、仿真毫米波射频电路、天线馈电网络，进行射频电路匹配等。

3. 针对一些特殊的模型进行电磁仿真。

4. 能够对射频前端系统进行完整的调试。

5. 优化，解决射频前端（主要是天线部分）存在的问题。

岗位要求：

1. 电磁场与微波技术、通信、电子工程与无线电物理等相关专业，硕士以上学历。

2. 扎实的微波工程、微波电路、天线等专业基础知识，具有射频电路与天线仿真、设计与调试经验，以及较强的独立分析解决问题能力与攻关能力。

3. 具有射频微波电路与天线的仿真与建模能力。

4. 具有较强的自主研发能力，能够接受高强度的工作任务以及多任务并行。

5. 有毫米波频段设计经验者优先。

6. 熟悉使用频谱仪、示波器、网络分析仪等测试仪器，能够设计完成测试项目。

7. 阅读以及书写英语能力较好，能快速阅读、理解英文文献，并能使用英文进行书面沟通。

Duties:

Design antenna array to meet specifications at millimeter-wave frequency band and perform relative measurement.

Design passive RF component, feeding network and matching network.

Perform EM simulation on specified models.

Qualifications:

Antenna, electromagnetic filed theory, microwave and millimeter wave technology background is essential. Master and higher degree is preferred.

Must have experience of antenna and EM design.

Experience with antenna test systems and relative equipment including VNA, Power Meter, Spectrum Analyzer, etc.

Must have strong problem solving skills and strong working knowledge of radiation performance.

Highly self-motivated and can work under pressure and multitask.

Excellent English communication skills required, both written and read.

Experience with millimeter-wave design is a plus.
