与战略部门合作,支持供应链工作的改善
对于供应链问题的处理有深刻的认识,包括决定管理支持管理
依据战略目标,关键流程,组织结构及供应链策略在工厂发展一套综合的供应链愿景体系依客户需求按时按量发货,确保利用手头的资源来充分达成经济性
确保通过准确的计划来保证外协供应商能准时地完成材料和商品以及产品服务的条款。
执行短期计划范围的调整,包括战略计划(工业计划/运营模式)
和制造工程及生产部合作进行管理定义供应链流程的关键指标/测量方式来控制高效率
设定关键绩效指标的目标
持续监控关键指标
对显著的偏差立刻做纠正
修正的短期指标以及/或中长期的持续改进行动计划的定义监控当前产品的价格,特别是数量变更
供应商开发及搜寻来优化采购花费开发仓库日常管理系统
标准化及优化发货部门并管理物料员通过管理、指导和发展员工来支持公司战略
对于供应链系统有较好的理解,最好有ERP经验,对于各模块能够熟练运用
与各部门合作(销售,财务、人事等)以促进系统改善
物流、制造等相关专业大专及以上学历
了解客户需求做到使客户满意
对于制造行业需求了解并能够做出规划
与标准化及优化发货部门并管理物料员通过管理、指导和发展员工来支持公司战略
- 8年以上制造业物流、供应链相关工作经验;
- 具备一定英文基础;
- 突出的数据分析能力;
- 熟悉物流管理的常用工具;
- 熟悉仓库管理流程及包装运输流程;
- 具备在团队中协调能力和领导才能。
About your role:
Reporting to supply chain director, the CIP manages activities of those engaged in process improvement, system optimization, best practice sharing/ execution monitoring with transparent tracking among whole value chain. The incumbent may have strong engagement internally with cross function both Operations/SC and commercial and externally with our customers and end users to ensure ADC is providing best in class service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities
? Support Supply Chain innovations aligned with north Asia Strategic Direction.
? Solid understanding of SC processes and procedures in demand management, supply management, logistics and warehouse management . Understand SCM trends & directions, Tools and capabilities and transform them into SCM opportunities.
? Keep challenging status quo and develop new capabilities, processes & tools to make whole chain more efficient
? Help SC team to further improve the performance including improving material pull and replenishment, scheduling processes, inventory management, on-time delivery and other supply chain performance metrics
. ? Good understanding of SC systems, drive system improvement, Ensure that optimal service standards are met;
? Understand of ERP logic and modules, better to have ERP implementation experience, good knowledge on different modules of whole chain from demand to delivery.
? Work cross-functionally with operations, sales, marketing, and finance to improve planning systems. Understand customer demands and define required capacities to satisfy demand
? Good understand of manufacturing process – Value stream mapping on process flows and optimize total processes; coordinate necessary resource and build schedules to optimize the operational processes including MFG, QA, SC and NPD.
? Working with Products management team to review product portfolio and conduct optimization activities Requirements/Qualifications
? At least 4 year University educated with degree in Business/Logistics/Manufacturing/Engineering/Statistics discipline
? 8+ years working experience , preferable solid experience from MNC with rich experience on Process optimization, system development and optimization
? Supply chain optimization expertise and project management experience required.
? SC system knowledge, ERP modules knowledge
? Collaboration skills – Able to effectively collaborate with peers in other functions and with colleagues in other businesses or divisions.
? Self-driven mindset and Strong analytical skills and experience managing to metrics.
? Knowledge of process improvement (PPI or Six Sigma) and lean tools.
? Excellent in excel, Micro development
? Proficient in English both Oral and written.
