职位描述

Major Responsibilities/Duties
? Plans, organizes and coordinates assigned programs to ensure accomplishment of budgetary goals and optimum allocation of resources.
? Evaluates and contracts outside agencies through bidding and negotiation to achieve quality and expense control.
? Participates in developing different incentive programs for distributors and retailers based on the information provided by sales.
? Defines action plans for promotion activities in the region per company guidelines.
? Monitor and report the expense/budget for marketing in the region.

Key Requirements
Education: University
Experience: At least 3 years related working experience preferably in FMCG.
Language skills: Intermediate written and spoken English
Computer skills: Familiar with Microsoft Office,especially Excel & PowerPoint

3. Adaptability and flexibility
4. Hard working
Other qualifications:
1. 4A experience or big event experience will be preferred
2. Experience in handling agents
3. Male older than 26 will be preferred
