职位描述
工作描述：
1.根据生产的需要，对厂房内部的规划进行合理的设计；
2.对流水线进行线平衡分析，减少作业等待与浪费；
3.产能分析：根据生产线每天的实际产量和标准产能做分析比较，并结合生产线的异常原因记录，找出生产瓶颈所在，提升产能；
4.设定标准工时，提出解决方案，生产人力评估；
5.逐步在部门内部实现精益生产；
6.完成上级交给的其他任务。

职位要求：
1、本科以上学历，工业工程类专业；
2、良好的沟通协调、组织能力；
3、对相关产品的制造工艺有足够的了解和经验；
4、生产型企业三年年以上的项目与技术管理经验；
5、熟悉CAD、Pro/E等软件；
熟悉工厂标准化推广/ 5S推广/注塑工艺改善的优先录用
