The position would base in Guangzhou/Shenzhen and will be responsible for driving development and growth of business in the region. The position reports to the Commercial Manager.
As a Sales Manager, you will analyse the market position, plan and achieve the sales target profitably for Processing Systems.
The desired candidate shall be able to perform the following:
？Create, communicate and implement growth strategy for business processing.
？From this strategy, formulate, implement and drive business plans for achieving the sales growth.
？Develop the business with potential and new customers.
？Meet and build meaningful business relationship with existing customers in order to ensure continuous flow of business.
？Lead, manage, motivate and guide direct reports (sales engineers).
？Build strong technical competence (self and team) to succeed achieving organizational objectives.
？Continuously gather and analyze information about competitor activities and the trends in product, pricing, lead time.
？Build knowledge about the future customer needs in order to contribute to development of new products.
？Ensure adherence to Business Processes.
？Co-ordinate with difference business, mainly carton, in order to have an integrated sales strategy.
Performance Criteria:
？Sales Growth and target achievements of processing division.
？New Business Development.
？Development of organization and sales force.
Coordination with project and product teams and carton division for integrated customers.
