Position: AVP, Business Operations Manager

Department: CB Business Operations - Consumer Banking



Responsibilities



Cooperate with branch operation team to deliver professional services & operations to customers by coaching and training related staffs

Ensure branch adherence and full compliance to operating guidelines through branch review and auditing

Make and maintain regulatory reporting, self-inspection, new guideline implementation and other ad-hoc initiative by regulator related to CB

Measure and monitor branch operation performance through operational MIS preparation

Participate and provide operational advice in major projects

Develop and prepare Branch Operations Manual on admin and control to comply with internal/ external rules and regulations and audit requirement

Develop preventive measures; make reinforcement and early alert to branches on high risk areas

Manage new branch opening project and work with infrastructure service provider

Support and oblige supervisor's other assignment and ad-hoc functions whenever necessary to achieve their business goal.



Requirements


Degree holder in Banking Business or Finance Studies

Possess over 8 years' relevant experience in China consumer banking operations with at least 3 year team management experience

Familiar with the regulatory environment and requirement in China banking operations

Strong command of written and spoken English and Chinese

Proficiency in PC skills

Good communication, planning and logical thinking skills

Strong Risk management & sense of control

Able to work independently and under pressure

Relevant Experience at local Chinese banks is a plus
