Job Responsbilities:岗位要求

1.Be professional knowledge for antenna PCB/FPCB/plastic/metal/tooling,good control for cost/quality/delivery,control the cost trend of material by monthly. Engineering backup is preferred.
专业的天线行业PCB/FPCB/塑胶/金属冲压/模具知识，价格/质量/交期的管理，每月采购价格趋势的控制。工程技术背景优先考虑。
2.Cost down plan setup and follow up tightly,drive the suppliers to improve the process and yield,monitor the supplier process data tightly.
降价目标的设立和执行，推动供应商提升制程良率，监控供应商的制程数据。
3.RFQ follow up on time base on new project requirements,best support to each design center.
新项目的报价执行和及时更新，最好的服务支持到每个设计中心。
4.Follow up the new project samples schedule tightly,take actions immediately if happen issues.
跟踪每个新项目的样品交期，立即采取行动方案如果发生问题。
5.Ensure the projects run smoothly from NPI to MP,key issues be solved on time; support to PMC buyer team to close MP any issue,ensure to catch the shipment demands.
确保每个项目从试产到量产平稳进行，重大问题要及时解决掉，支持 PMC buyer 如果量产阶段发生问题，确保出货交期的达成。
6.Be responsible for maintaining positive working relationship with suppliers and develop the new suppliers if needed.
积极维护好和供应商的工作关系，根据需要开发新的供应商资源。
7.Monthly closing data follow up and work with PMC buyer team to close it on time.
每个月的对账数据和PMC Buyer及时核对。
8.Be responsible for regularly audit, review and report supplier performance
定期的供应商审核，提交供应商的绩效报告。
9.Support QA team to solve quality issue and slove quality on time.
支持QA及时的解决质量问题。
10.Be familiar for supply chain management.
