The individual will provide sales, administrative support, to the daily operation of TRANSNORM China and provide assistance to all market related activities for the TRANSNORM in China region.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Good English ability on reading, writing, listening and speaking.
- College graduate.
- Working experiences in administration management and marketing are preferred.
- Finance assistant experiences are preferred
- Proven strong communication and coordination skills.
- Mature, quick to learn and hardworking.
- Good ability on computer operation, proficiency on MS-OFFICE software
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
(1) Assist Sales Manager on sales related issues by providing support on document preparing in bidding and contract.
(2) Assist on generating and implementing the marketing plan including seminars, advertisements, exhibitions and any other marketing activities.
(3) Translating, editing, organizing business documents such as news release, new product release, product testing result, applications, interview, etc.
(4) Maintain and manage sales & marketing database and keep agreement filing.
(5) Act as the cashier, providing support to financial support to Finance Manager in Germany.
(6) Follow up the monthly PO, order intake and send to the GM and German headquarter.
(7) Follow the payments and to support in the preparation of the regular finance report
(8) Act as the coordinator support all the custom clearance and procurement.
(9) Other supportive function for the operation of the office as an administrative secretary.
