职位描述：
岗位描述：

1、根据公司章程，对逾期客户进行督促、提醒、催收。
2、协调和管理在外现场催收人员，找到逾期客户进行资产回收。
3、对催收过程中发生的客户投诉进行妥善处理

岗位要求：
1、18-35岁，大专或以上学历
2、反应灵敏，有一定心理承受能力，能在压力下工作，能够接受加班或倒班制工作性质。
3、良好的口头和书面表达能力，良好的沟通及协调技能
4、吃苦耐劳，工作认真，能严格遵守各项规章制度
5、有信用卡或逾期帐款催收业务相关经验、银行系统资产保全经验、司法系统工作经验、法律行业从业经验者，退伍复原军人优先
6、有客服，电销工作经验优先考虑

1、底薪3000-4000+绩效奖金+竞赛奖励+勤工津贴+带薪年假+带薪病假；新人前三个月收入在4500-6000，稳定后7000-10000；
