In the H&M Production organization we transform design ideas into actual products. We ensure that we produce safe products for our customers and remain in the forefront of sustainability. As a Product Quality Manager, your main focus will be to drive and define our quality practices.

What will you do?
In this role, you will be kept busy and engaged through a wide range of tasks. Primarily you will need to:

? Lead the team in all areas of Quality, Quality control, Quality assurance & Technicians
? Build a strong quality team with the right knowledge, evaluate and secure quality in accordance with present and future needs/challenges
? Secure quality routines and internal quality audit
? Be a good role model - evaluate individual staff performance while working actively with motivation, feedback and development dialogue. Establish a culture of standing for organizational values
? Secure that our suppliers understand and follow all related standards and requirements

Who will you work with?
In this role you will join a dynamic and energetic team based in Shanghai. You will interact regularly with your quality team, our external suppliers, our Global Purchasing Office, as well as your colleagues based both locally and across the Globe.
