职位描述：
1、机器人、机械手及其他机械结构自动化工艺动作仿真，包括点自动抓取及搬运，码垛、涂胶，切割等；
2、依据工艺流程完成生产线的布局仿真；
3、具备离线编程能力；
4、有大型装配自动化仿真经验者优先。

任职要求：
1、熟练掌握模拟仿真软件，掌握CATIA，SolidWorks，AutoCAD等机械设计软件的操作；
2、2年以上工作经验，具有金属加工行业经验相关背景；
3、了解金属制造工艺流程；
4、了解金属工件装夹具机械结构及控制方式；
5、良好的沟通、协调能力强；

Intelway Robot originated in a control technology development team in German University Town, Aachen in the 1990s. This team focused on developing customized control system and customized sensor for industrial area customers in Germany. In 2005, Hesmor GmbH was founded in Germany and it began to sell standardized control products and sensors of all sorts of features worldwide with trademark Hesmor. Meanwhile, it sold standardized robotic system and automatic control system solution with trademark Intelway.

We Intelway make unmanned factory as our technological target, in combination with high performance robotic technology, professional sensor and control technology and cloud data processing technology as our technological mean. We finally achieve unmanned factory solutions of whole production process from raw materials storage to finished goods delivery. We use modular design concept and advocate standardized design for non-standard system. Through a large number of on-site validations of Intelway’s system solutions, we not only greatly reduce the design cycle of the system design, but also we greatly reduce the cost of the system by standardized design and manufacturing of local solutions. We successfully achieve the optimal cost of the system.
