职位描述：

Responsibilities:

• Under general supervision of merchandiser, help to ensure smooth and efficient order process follow up and achieve target turnover;
• 在采购主管的要求下，跟进订单流程，确保订单顺利有效的完成。以达到指标
• After sales activities in accordance to Trim Operation Department standards;
• 依照辅料部门的标准处理辅料售后的一系列问题。
• Communicate effectively with customers/suppliers on order status and order delivery status;
• 有效地和客户，工厂沟通订单的情况，和物流状态。
• Coordinate with quality/shipping department at various stages of production and good quality of merchandise;
• 就产品的质量和运输问题 ，和质检部，物流部协调。
• Ensure timely shipments and complete order quantity. Avoid cancellations;
• 确保发货的及时性以完成整个订单的，避免取消订单的情况。
• Provide good services to the customers and insure customer’s awareness of BS garments accessories full product range;
• 熟悉所负责的产品，提供良好的服务， 具备良好的服务意识。
• Reply to customers about order/shipment details;
• 及时回复客人有关订单的细节。
• Check & prepare accessory card and inspection details for inspector;
• 检查和准备样品和质检
• Data entry in computer daily，data summary and cross check;
• 订单数据录入,整理，汇总，核对
• Assist merchandiser to prepare for buyer’s visit and make required report;
• 制作报表， 协助采购准备买手到访
• Ensure high level of efficiency and achieve target;
• 确保高效率地完成目标
• Communicate with suppliers, buyers, customers professionally. Ensure all emails are replied within the day;
• 与供应商，买手和客户专业的沟通。确认所有邮件及时回复。
• Assistant Finance department on statement check and AR follow
• 协助财务部门进行对账及货款的跟催。
• Other jobs assigned by Merchandiser and Team Leader.
• 部门主管和采购交代的其他工作。

Requirement:

• Bachelor degree or above;

本科以上学历

• At least 3 years related working experience;

3年以上相关工作经验

• Strong capability to capture customers' need and manage customer relationship;

良好的客户服务意识， 较强的理解客户需求的能力以及管理客户关系的能力

• Mature, aggressive, hardworking and with good analytical skills;

沉稳，积极，努力， 良好的分析能力

• Able to work both in a team and an independent environment;

能独立展开工作， 良好的团队协作

· Skilled in MS office and English speaking and reading

熟悉办公软件；良好的英文说和写的能力
