Primary Responsibilities

1. Work out annual business plan, sales target and ensure to deliver business result in support of company business growth strategy

2. Supervise and coach team to accomplish annual sales goal

3. Supervise the retail system and analyze sales related data and reports

4. Coordinate and communicate with the different depts.

Requirements

1.College Degree and above in business or related disciplines
2.Excellent written and oral English
3.At least 5-8 years of related experience in FMCG or apparel and
4.Experienced on sales operation and account management at Hyper & Supermarkets
