Key Position Responsibilities:

1. Prepare PRC report

2. Prepare balance sheet reconciliations and act as primary sign off for the reconciliation process.

3. Review and post all kinds of accounting entries, incl. AP, AR, Expense, Fixed Assets, accrual & Amortizations

4. Analyze and control data leading to the close off for the business results to agreed reporting periods

5. Design and continuously improve processes focusing on simplification standardization, quality improvement and cost minimization

6. Build effective working relationships with other teams

7. Prepare monthly tax report and claim the tax as required

8. Complete statistic report required by government

9. Review stamp duty issue

10.Assist accounting manager to complete monthly closing and year-end closing

11.Assist accounting manager to complete annual audit, internal audit and SOX control

12.Complete or support government annual inspection

13.Other ad hoc task.

Key Experience & Education:

1. University or college Degree in Accounting

2. At least 5 years of working experience in AP, knowledge of ERP system (SAP, Oracle etc) is preferred

3. Good knowledge of English, both written and oral

4. Hands on experience with PRC rules and regulations

5. Quick mind, picking up new things quickly

6. Self-motivated and can work independently

7. Capable of undertaking big pressure

8. Good communication and interpersonal skill
