Job Function/Purpose:

Manage the logistic operation in terms of 3PL capability, acquire reliable service from 3PL, manage and improve 3PL operational excellence to meet growing demands from HBI.

List Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities:

- Sources quality logistics service providers from market, selects from the pool and negotiates terms for best interests of HBI

- Manages 3PL(s) effectively and monitors all transactions regarding acquired logistics services.

- Set up KPI and implement strategies to ensure 3PL to act upon

- Cooperates internally with related functions (Logistics, Sales, Finance etc) effectively in daily problem solving

- Monitors and evaluates the performance of 3^rd party logistics service providers to ensure company objectives and budgets are met.

- Manages monthly invoices and payments

- Develops and controls operational costs upon distribution budget to meet business objectives, take initiatives to find cost saving opportunities and lead the implementation.

Experience/Skills/Education Requirements:

Education/Degrees: Degree in business or related disciplines

Special Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), good in written and oral English with some accounting knowledge

Years/types of experience: 6+ years in logistics operations area (warehousing with VAS activities and transportation), with 4+ years in a managerial position. Experience from FMCG will be an advantage. Experience in big 3PL companies as a plus.
