职位描述：
Reporting to the Supervisor, Customer Service & Logistics Supervisor, you will be responsible for preparing the
shipping documentation in line with customer needs on a timely and accurate manner. You will work closely
with the Customer Service team and provide backup to team.
Key responsibilities:
？ Prepare and provide shipping documents in line with customer requirements timely and accurately and meet
the customs clearance requirements for terminal replenishments in the region.
？ Be the point of contact for Methanex Manufacturing plants or 3rd party suppliers, shipping agents, surveyors
for issuance of the appropriate documentation (e.g. OBLs, COO, etc.).
？ Handle Import and Export shipping documents independently.
？ Support Customer Service & Logistics team with order processing / delivery / sample request / product
information for Distributors and Direct Customers.
？ Follow up on sales orders and communicate with different parties, such as terminals, logistics providers, and
surveyors.
？ Ensure back-up for Customer Service colleagues and handle order entries and billing in ERP system.
？ Provide operational support to spot purchase, spot selling and swap program, such as Letter of Credit
issuance.
？ Handle purchase transactions, such as contract preparation, delivery schedule, monitor payments and
quality inspection.
？ Perform administrative duties or other projects as required

The ideal candidate will possess:
？ Proven commercial experience and ERP skills, preferably in shipping/freight forwarding business role for
min 2 years.
？ Strong knowledge in shipping, customs declarations and letter of credit.
？ Experience with ERP system is preferred.
？ Be responsible, well-organized, detail-minded, able to work under pressure.
？ Good command of written and spoken English.
？ Good interpersonal and communication skills, enabling to communicate comfortably in a multicultural
environment.
