职位描述：

1、对外相关部门联络接待，对内接待来访及传递信息的工作；

2、负责公司文件的编制、扫描，和快递的收发及传递、存档工作；

3、酒店、机票、火车票的预定事务；

4、负责行政事务、公司内部各部门协调沟通和对经理汇报的工作；

5、配合公司财务进行日常财务资料汇总和简单核算；

6、进行各种往来帐务、应收、应付款的核对相符；

7、了解人力资源各个模块；

8、负责公司招聘、培训、员工入职、转正、离职等工作的综合管理；
9、按照各部门的招聘要求，进行简历筛选及初试人员的约见和选拔工作；
10、负责办理员工入职、离职、转正、调岗、调薪等相关工作；
11、建立和维护人事档案、员工花名册，及时更新员工的个人信息和资料；
12、负责公司员工劳动合同的签订和日常管理工作，汇总和核查员工的考勤；
13、办理保险及住房公积金业务，并制作每月相关报表，于次月5日交给财务主管；
14、协助领导编写、修改和推行实施各类人事规章制度；

15、公司证件、印章保管，所有文档、合同保管；

16、完成领导交于的其他任务。

岗位要求：
1、本科以上学历，至少一年经验以上，工作经历稳定；
2、会使用office办公软件及自动化办公设备，具备基本网络知识；
3、仪表得体，举止谈吐恰当，普通话流利；
4、具团队合作意识及良好的沟通能力和服务意识；
5、乐观、开朗、有诚信、有责任感，工作积极，态度真诚，注重工作效率及团队协作精神；
