-To assist Executive Chef during absence.
-Chef all-rounder, western and Chinese kitchen, strong Admin background.
-Bi-lingual, English and Chinese language command.
-Minimum of 2 years experience in similar position.

Main Job Responsibilities
?Responsible for the high standard of Quality and Consistency of food produced in all outlets, including staff restaurant
?Responsible for the hygiene and cleanliness of all kitchens
?Check food quality at the receiving point and storerooms
?Control of store, food and market list requisitions
?Control food cost and minimise wastage
?Plan and cost menus and promotions
?Ensure menus are updated in line with sales trends and food cost variance
?Ensure HACCP controls are in place
?Ensure all kitchen brigade meet company grooming standards
