招商经理：

PURPOSE OF THE POSITION
To conceptualize and formulate regional marketing strategies and workplans; to assist senior manager and Head of Department to manage regional project team, if any ; to participate/organize regional marketing activities and implement integrated services to attract and secure tenants and investors to take up space in the various Ascendas parks in China.

RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Generate potential tenant pipeline
1) Generate customer pipelines who might have office/commercial amenities space requirement and assist the project CSS team to close deals.
2) Cold calls to potential customers to secure meetings and visits
3) Explore alternative channels to generate new leads on business opportunities
4) Networking with companies, consultants and business partners to identify new business opportunities
5) Attending necessary meetings, seminars and events where possible customers might be identified
6) Coordinating various business units and resources to secure the opportunities.
7) Innovating integrated services to offer more comprehensive services to tenants, business partners and investors.
2. Marketing materials preparation and perfection
3. Market intelligence and research
1) Understand the business park, office, retail & amenities as well as residential market and relevant industrial knowledge, understand their requirement and development trends so applicable solutions could be delivered
2) Involvement in the market study and positioning for future development when required, together with the third-party consultants.
4. Formulate and implement regional marketing strategies.
1) Assisting senior manager and regional marketing team to set up regional marketing plan, budget and strategy.
2) Oversee the implementation of regional marketing promotion and business activities organized by CSS HQ

REQUIRMENTS
1. Bachelor degree or above
2. At least 6-8years working experience in marketing/sales related function, Preferably in real estate, high tech and other modern service industry.
3. Good leadership, communication, interpersonal and networking skills are required, preferably with market analysis, study and research capability in industrial property sector.
4. Good command of both spoken and written English is mandatory skills, preferably with overseas or multinational corporation working experience.

招商专员/助理
Responsibility:
1. 通过电话和邮件的形式，梳理现有客户数据库，整理有效客户信息
2. 通过了解客户需求，帮助经理约定会议时间，进行面对面沟通和跟进
3. 整理各地项目提供的潜在客户名单，通过电话和邮件的方式建立联系和见面沟通的机会
4. 完成直属经理给予的各项临时工作和指标
5. 协助其他招商经理完成部门的整体目标
Qualification：
1. 有3年以上的电话销售的经验，有会务公司，地产公司经验者优先
2. 有office的基本操作经验，能够熟练的使用excel和word
3. 性格开朗外向，有积极努力和永不放弃的精神
