参与公司管理，做好各部门间的衔接工作

Responsible for subordinates training, Coordinate with his subordinates on work issues, fully mobilize the subordinates to perfom with the maximum creative capacity and efficiency.

Participate in the company management and to serve as a link among departments

能独立做出概念设计方案，精准地向客户阐述出设计理念，并让客户信服

Can work out concept design schemes independenly,, accurately describe the design concept to customer and convince customers.

考核部门内部员工的业绩、态度和潜力

Assessment of internal employees’ performance, attitude and potential.

管理设计部门，领导设计团队

Management of design department, to lead the design team.

任职要求

Job requirements

美术设计类、广告学及相关专业，专科及以上学历

Art design, advertising and related majors, junior college or above

有五年以上从事设计经验，三年以上中高级设计师经验

more than five years experience in the design, more than three years experience as senior designer

较强的设计管理能力，熟练掌握设计的各种技能，对设计有一定的创意及深度的理解

Strong design and management ability, Good command of designing skills and have enough innovation and in-depth understanding toward design

精通各种设计软件，熟悉电脑硬件及各种外延设备

Proficient in a variety of design softwares, Familiar with computer hardware and a variety of epitaxial equipment.

对文案及策略有较强理解力，作品富有创意，色彩把握及整体构成有良好运用能力

have a strong understanding of documents and strategies, able to design creative works, good sense of color and excellent skill in composition

有事业心、责任心，热爱设计工作

Dedication, responsibility and passion toward design work

善于沟通，具有团队协作精神、良好的管理才能和组织协调能力

Good communication skills, team spirit，Good management ability, excellent organization and coordination capacity。
