工作地点

该职位base在上海，但是同时需要与国外的同事保持紧密沟通，所以可能需要应聘者进行不定期的短期出差(美国，英国)。

主要职责：

- 与产品管理团队沟通和协作，确定项目的清晰需求和范围；

- 对项目所需的时间和资源进行评估，并制定详细的项目执行计划；

- 与架构师，技术专家及开发工程师协作，制定项目中的技术解决方案；

- 领导项目团队，管理项目执行（需求分析，设计，开发，集成，测试，发布）；

- 产出高质量的产品，并按时移交产品给测试和产品运营部门；

- 向测试部门及运营部门进行产品的功能介绍和使用培训；

- 产品进入运营环节后，持续不断的对产品进行技术支持。

教育背景：

- 计算机，软件工程，数学或统计学等相关专业毕业；

- 学士学位5年以上工作经验，或硕士学位3年以上工作经验；

- 如果应聘者能力突出，工作经验要求可以灵活。

技术要求：

- 优秀的技术 背景，熟悉软件开发流程；

- 数据库开发经验(MS SQL Server)；

- 熟悉至少一种开发平台和语言：Java/J2EE或者C#/.Net；

- 优秀的分析和解决技术问题的能力；

- 至少2年项目管理经验；

- 如果有BI相关开发经验 (OLAP, Data Warehousing)，可优先考虑(非强制需求)。

Job Location:
This position is based in Shanghai, but the candidate will need to stay in close communication with colleagues from other countries (US, UK), so short term business travel is possible.


Responsibilities:
- Work with Product Management Team to define clear requirement / project scope;
- Evaluate the Level of Effort and come up with the project execution plan, milestones, and timeline;
- Work with Tech Leads, Architects and Dev Engineers to figure out technical solutions / designs;
- Produce High-Level designs for selected Product features;
- Drive end-to-end software project execution (Design, Implementation, Integration, QA and Release to Production);
- Deliver high quality product to QA and Operation Team on time: this includes timely design and code reviews;
- Train QA and Production teams about new features and operational aspects of new releases;
- Support Operation Team for Product Issue Fixing, Patches, etc.

Education & Certification Requirement:
- Bachelors Degree in CS/Mathematics/Statistics/Engineering with 5+ years in industry, or Masters Degree in CS/Mathematics/Statistics/Engineering with 3+ years in industry;
- Willing to consider less experienced candidates who are very bright and motivated to learn fast;


Knowledge & Experience Requirement:
- Strong technical background and good grasp of software engineering principles;
- SQL database programming experience on top of Microsoft SQL server;
- Java/J2EE or C#/.Net programming experience;
- Strong analytical and technical skills and demonstrated ability to creatively solve complex problems;
- At least 2 years Project Management Experience;
- Practical experience working with and creating multi dimensional OLAP cubes using SQL Server in the areas of OLAP schema design, cube development, data warehousing design (this is not required, but a big plus)
